Why does chexsystems still report the amounts I owed to previous banks after bankruptcy filing?

I owe 0 dollars to any bank after chapter 7 bankruptcy was filed in 2010. however chexsystems continues to report the balances I owed to the banks in 2009. Why? Shouldn't they show that I owe 0 dollars NOW? Their utterly irresponsible action has led me to being denied from opening an account at various banks. As if 3 credit bureaus of equifax, trans-union, and experian aren't enough, we now need this piece of sheet chexsystems too, which now acts as 4 credit bureau? Chexsystems is an utterly corrupt and crook organization whose only objective is to somehow keep hurting those who filed bankruptcy, because by law the creditors can no longer report to credit bureau. They cause embarrassment and they like people getting belittled and their times wasted in bank. After like 20 minutes of dealing with the bank manager, who was almost going to open account he says, "chexsystems show us you owed $150 to such and such bank in 2009. pay them first and then come here". I told him the 150 was discharged in bankruptcy. He say but chexsystems does not discharge. Why not? Whom to complain about this crook known as fuxsystems?
