Is something wrong? Should i see a docter?

I'm a sixteen year old girl and lately i have had some problems with shooting pains in my head. Like in my temples and behind my eyes and top of the head. I am sometimes kind of dizzy and i occasionally have panic attacks for no reason but not here lately. My neck and back are also sore especially in the morning. I dont sleep well at night and i wake up disoriented at times. Im very worried, what could this be?
