Weird Episode... Dizziness? Seizure? Stroke?

I think it sounds like a seizure. Our neighbors dog (a lab) has had them for a few years. Our lab has also had 3 of them in the last couple of years. They can seizure while standing up - especially if they were already standing up when it starts. Our labs seizure started while he was eating, it lasted about 2 full minutes. He was standing when it started, he was trying to walk, but kept losing his balance - his back legs were spasming pretty bad and tweaked out of place. He was awake the entire time and could hear me. They spasms finally quieted down enough where he could lie down. I kept him lying down for a couple of more minutes until the rest of the shaking stopped. After a few more minutes, he was back up & finished eating his dog food.
