Do you ever wonder if the thing we know as "Life" is actually an illusion?

Everyday I wonder if this thing called "life" is actually a dream and when I "go to sleep" and "dream" Im actually alive and in life. Your mind itself can put you in prision or its own mental instition. I know i have been there. If the galaxy and life is infinite, it makes you weirded out to think, because we are only so big, but are we really, not compared to ants. It's all about perspective.
