What do you think happened to me from these symptoms?

When you get a heart attack, you would know, because you would lose your breath and usually faint before you get a chance to even move or drive a car. So it could be high blood pressure you might be also having the first signs of either fatigue and a fever or cold, have you had little to no sleep the past couple days? OR has it been a while sense your last cold or fever? if you has those symptoms again go to a doctor and get yourself checked.
