Any one know what is wrong with me?

i am 21 im on celexa for my anziety, lately i have been dizzy lightheaded disoriented, blurred vision and headaches, this is really scaring me which is making my panick attacks worse anyone know what this could be has this happend to anyone else im so scared please anyone?
