Anyonw else feel this way? anziety?

I hqve been diagnosed with anziety and depression but its so horrible. I get dizzy light headed disoriented confused blurred vision I twitch I'm shakey my arms and legs are tingly I just am scared that its not normal. Is this normal anziety symptoms... I'm so tired of not feeling normal. Anyone else have this happening to them too???
