As it stands now that is Quinn's proposal but there is going to be a major war waged in Springfield by all of the downstate politicians and headed by the NRA of which I am a member, the Politicians in Chicago and some other counties fear the citizens because of their lawless practices but it will be the last state to allow CCW.}{
