My cat has had 2 episodes where she holds up her right paw and then just loses her balance and seems disorient?

It doesn't seem like she is having a fit. At first the vet thought it may be a mini stroke. She comes round after a couple mins of rest and is normal again. Her body doesn't go ridged she just holds up the right paw and seems to wipe her ear then lays down and seems lucid.
