Reaction to antidepressants?

I've been on 20mg of Cypralex for about 6 months now and recently I've been getting high on the stuff. Specifically, contrasting colours are glowing, I get the munchies, I keep sleeping through my alarm clock, I find that I get little gaps in time as I'm walking which further disorients me, and I'm smoking more. I am distracted enough to not think about suicide as much, but it's kinda interfering with my life. I can't really complain about feeling baked all the time but my boss is starting to get PO'd. Will this pass as I adjust to the meds or should I get off the stuff? My doctor is a pill pusher so I think I need to figure this out myself.
