Should I be worried??? I'm scared help?!?

Well Thursday I got hit in the head pretty hard. Hard enough that my glasses flew off my face a couple feet and when my head hit the ground everything turned red and I saw white stars. I also had a headache for about two days. Then today (Saturday) I got hit in the head again with a pole. And I've had a headache for about two or more hours. Ever since I got hit ive felt confused and A bit out of touch and also disoriented. Should I be worried? Could I hav or end up with a concussion? If so wat r the signs?
