Worried about my kitten?

I found a very young baby kitten yesterday who was running around and playing. She seemed fine, just a little hungry. I took her in bathed her, and removed her fleas by giving her a bath and a dash of flea treatment. She fell asleep around 8pm last night and has been asleep for over 17 hours. All she wants to do is sleep, she seems disoriented and can't walk anymore. She seems to have lost complete control over her motor skills, but she was running yesterday. I'm so confused. She falls over when I try to pick her up and place her on the floor to walk. Then, on top of that she shakes too, but it doesn't seem like its because she's cold. Does anybody know what could be wrong with her? I just found this kitten yesterday and I cannot take her to the vet. So I need a recommendation. I just want her to be okay. No body wants to keep her, and I fear if I just leave her outside, she'll die. Do you think giving her to animal control will help? or If i can just buy some type of medicine myself to treat whatever she has????
