Freaking out a little any help?

So I have anziety I've been on celeza for about 4 years I have panicl attacks. Lately I've been twitchy, disoriented, can't see straight and really emotional I feel almost drunk sometimes. I don't know if its my pills or what but the.fact that I never feel normal is driving me nuts and scares the crap outa me. Anyone know what could be wrong.?
